Residence Inn by Marriott Houston Pasadena

Friendly staff, saw staff cleaning every time we left our room, which made us feel that the staff wanted to do a great job. I thought it was important to also note that we never encountered any smells that were off putting. Even the hall way smelled pleasant. Also, the room was very quiet. We never heard any other guests or outside noise while in our room. Room temp control reflected actual room temperature and was adjustable. We have stayed at hotels where the room temp does not change despite the control allowing you to adjust settings. We were very comfortable. We also really liked the shampoo, condition and body wash. The scent was very relaxing and the large bottles had plenty for us to use without running out. Breakfast was wonderful, staff at breakfast were fantastic!

The room was very nice had alot of room..shower was very roomy

the room and all other facilities were very clean and great breakfast

Staff was nice, room was clean, I enjoyed myself.
